The Roundtable develops and supports strong nonprofit leaders through the following objectives:
The Future Executive Directors Fellowship provides intensive leadership development, peer coaching, skills development, and ongoing support to mid- and senior-level nonprofit professionals who aspire to become executive directors or nonprofit CEOs in the future. We are making a deep investment in a group of up to 25 emerging leaders in the pilot year of the program that will likely include program directors, deputy directors, and other nonprofit professionals with significant management responsibility who are ready to move to the next level.
The Roundtable Fellowship Program includes high-level skill-building seminars, advanced communications training, professional executive coaching sessions, mentoring and networking lunches. Fellows develop and achieve a personal goal related to his or her role as a leader outside of his or her own organization.
Our Tables for Ten for are a forum designed to foster peer learning and support among nonprofit executive directors to create a 'safe zone' through a series of three candid monthly lunchtime discussions. These discussions accelerate familiarity, trust, and bonding among groups of nonprofit leaders so that we can work more effectively toward common goals.
