- December 12 - the Roundtable hosted a moderated discussion on regional cross-sector collaboration with Bob Peck (Greater Washington Board of Trade) and David Robertson (Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments). Several issues were raised by Members including education, emergency preparedness, health care, housing, and transportation.
- October 21 - the Roundtable sponsored the presentation of a new report, Advocacy for Social Change in Metropolitan Washington, with author, Rick Cohen, President of the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy.
- October 3 - the Roundtable and the Community Foundation of the National Capital Region hosted a discussion of 'The Nonprofit Sector's $100 Billion Opportunity' with former Senator Bill Bradley and Les Silverman of McKinsey and Company.
- August 26 - the Roundtable hosted a lunch discussion with Al Brill, the new Executive Director of the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area.
- July 31 - the Roundtable hosted a lunch with Chuck Anderson, the new CEO of the United Way of the National Capital Area.
- June 5 - the Roundtable held its Annual Meeting with Lisbeth Schorr as Speaker. Members expressed that nonprofits need to gain greater collective power to elevate the region's nonprofit sector as a stronger force that can solve regional problems.
